Privacy Policy

AurantOS is a multi-tenant operations platform. We process account data (such as name, email, and organization membership), content you upload (SOPs, acknowledgments, import jobs), and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

We use this information to provide the product, authenticate users, improve reliability, and communicate about the service. We do not sell personal information. Customer content stays within your tenant boundaries except where you configure integrations (for example Toast or Slack) or authorize agents.

We use subprocessors for hosting, authentication, email, and AI inference. Data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized after account closure according to our retention schedule, subject to legal requirements.
